Chloe/Pete is a rarepair in the Smallville fandom between Chloe Sullivan (Watchtower) and Pete Ross.
Canon
Chloe and Pete have been friends since they met in middle school and are both best friends to Clark Kent. In high school, it's shown that Pete had a crush on Chloe but kept it hidden since he knew of Chloe's crush on Clark. Chloe considers Pete a close friend but does not return his feelings.
Fandom
Mainly appeared in the early seasons on Smallville before Pete left the show, many felt it was a better alternative for Chloe instead of Chloe/Clark because of him ignoring her/her feelings or as a secondary pairing for Clark/Lex Fanworks.
