- Episode 8 – Christmas 2016 - Annnndd… we’re back! Lazulus and theoscarcat talk about all things Christmas! And some how we get it recorded and out of the door before Christmas day! Go us!
- Episode 7 – Captain America: Civil War - SPOILER ALERT! – This month we are talking about everything Civil War. We both really loved it, but be warned, there wasn’t as much as squeeing as we expected there to be. We also talk about kidfic, recs, and why we really should do a Due South episode at some point in the future.
- Episode 6 – Galavant! - This month is an all singing, all dancing episode of Our Friday Call as we discuss the wonderful world of Galavant!
- Episode 5 – In the Off Season (we re-read old fandoms we have loved and listen to lots of podfic) - This month (but recorded back in December), we rec A LOT of podfic both from fandoms we have loved, and current fandoms. Plus Jaq goes to see Crimson Peak and we speculate about Star Wars. Yeah we should have put this out two months ago. Sorry about that. But the next one is in the can ready to go for march so yay!
- Episode 4 – Jane Austen Adaptations and Our Giant Love for Them - This month (that should have been last month – oops) we talk all things Jane Austen. Ugh my heart.
- Episode 3 – Making things, and big load of recs - Welcome to the third episode of Our Friday Call. This month Lazulus and theoscarcat have been out and about – first to a yarn festival – Fibre East, and then for their annual pilgrimage to the Festival of Quilts, where they promptly ignore the quilts, and go buy fabric instead. Good times.
- Episode 2 – Wimbledon (the movie), Mad Max and men who knit, Kingsman, and a coda of [[Bucky Barnes feels… Welcome to the second episode of Our Friday Call. This week Lazulus and theoscarcat chat the Paul Bettany movie “Wimbledon”, express unpopular opinions about male knitters off the back of Fury Road, finally watch Kingsman, and fall into a conversation about Bucky Barnes and male characters women relate to.

Plus they objectify Chris Evans, because – well let’s start as we mean to go on!
