Our Endless Numbered Days is a Yassen/Alex story by galimau. It was written for the AR Fic Exchange 2020.
Summary:
With how many times he had almost been the instrument of the end of the world, Yassen should have suspected that one day someone would succeed. Most of humanity had gone but Yassen found a surprising amount left in him. His partner - blonde and mischievous and clinging desperately to the vestiges of what once was - helped with that. So when a crudely wrapped present appeared under the pine tree on their land, Yassen wasted no time in finding one in return.

Just your run of the mill heartwarming look at the quiet beats of Alex and Yassen’s relationship…after the apocalypse. Soft and sweet this fic focuses on the very still and quiet moments of two men at the end times trying to hold onto the things that bring them joy. It’s an intimate view of what Alex and Yassen’s life could be like of all their cares were quite literally wiped away - excellent world building and writing make this a must read.[1]
