Alex has had better birthdays. Written for Febuwhump 2021 day 13, this focuses less on physical whump than Alex’s psychological turmoil. A certain assassin showing up doesn’t help things. The angst/hurt is really well done as are the more emotional revelations. Lovely writing and a great take on the prompt! Teen, complete. Alex’s 21st birthday.[1]
