Reactions and Reviews
1997
This is a well written story about Spock's decision to leave for Gol. While this is never my favorite scenario this was nicely handled. There was especially effective use of McCoy, first between the doctor and Spock and then McCoy and Kirk. Realistic and fresh dialogue. [1]
I'm sorry, but..."something cold entered him." Frankly, it put me off. [2]
1998
I felt that there was a little too much ground (time) covered a little too skimpily in this story. I would have liked to see more expansion of the initial time Kirk and Spock spent together on Talamon. Is the author British? I wonder because of certain terms used, as well a some sentence structure. [3]
