Omen of the Stars is the fourth arc of the middle-grade fantasy adventure series Warrior Cats by Erin Hunter.

It is preceded by Power of Three and followed by Dawn of the Clans.

Canon

The arc consists of six books following four protagonists, Lionblaze, Jayfeather, Dovewing, and Ivypool, with a few extra chapters in the POV of Flametail.

OOTSians

The OOTSians were a subsection of the Warriors fandom who frequented the Omen of the Stars board on the official forums. Other names referring to these users were the OOTS Family and subgroups included the OOTS Awesomez and OOTS Amazings.

Essentially, OOTSians were a friend group consisting of many prominent users of the OOTS boards. It is unknown exactly how many OOTSians there were over time, as no official list was created and there was not really a consensus on what made one an OOTSian. The bulk (if not all) the OOTSians were in their tween or teenage years during the arc's publication.

A number of OOTSians still remain friends years later.
