Oddbalz & Mayhem Press is a gen fanzine press operated by LRH Balzer and has been publishing since 1992. In recent years it has begun offering e-zines in pdf format as well as fanzines on CDs. The press worked closely with Warren Oddsson a fanzine cover artist who passed in 2001. It also goes by the name LRHB Fanzines or LRHB International.
