OTP is a Justin/Alex fic by Save vs. Magic and is most notable for using the Charmed and Dangerous book series inside the show to showing how fandom/shipping works to a newbie. It's a meta-type work that explains how one could actually come to ship an incest pairing even if the characters involved are based off of you.
The fic is of course titled after fandom term of OTP, "One True Pairing".

I had to rec this story here because not only is it a fairly interesting, thoughtful exploration of the idea of a romantic dynamic between Justin and Alex (it's actually written completely straight-faced, and is weirdly respectful and innocent for it?), it's also a really fun analysis of fandom and the phenomenon of RPF in general. It's kind of fascinating because the "RPF" aspect is Justin and Alex's book alter-egos (it's a thing). It's just a really interesting reflexive look at the whole RPF phenomenon.[2]
Because this is absolutely brilliantly done and although I just found this fic thanks to Het_Reccers @ LJ, I’m blown by how great this is. Seriously I never even THOUGHT of going there back when I was writing Jalex, and never stumbled upon it myself (or at least if I did, nothing like this where they actually use the Charmed & Dangerous books from the TV series). The author writes about Alex finding out about fandoms, pairings and you guess it “OTP” believable but also how she realizes her feelings for Justin, and vice versa because I could completely see Justin actually being part of the fandom or fandoms in general. And not only does the author actually write a fic within a fic (with a completely different account) about Charmed & Dangerous that again, I’ve never seen before and I have yet to actually read it but I do plan too! Reading this fic just makes you want to read the Charmed & Dangerous series and ship “Julia/Alan” just as much as WOWP makes me ship Jalex. I won’t add any more because I don’t want to spoil it for you.[3]
