Niki/Peter is the semi-canonical het pairing in the Heroes fandom of Niki Sanders and Peter Petrelli.
Canon
Niki Sanders was a casino worker in Los Angeles with Dissociative identity disorder (identified by its previous name of multiple personality disorder or as "split personalities" within the show). One of her personalities, Jessica, had the power of super-strength, which Niki would later gain for herself.
In the alternate future depicted in "Five Years Gone," Jessica is a stripper in a relationship with Peter Petrelli.
Peter Petrelli is a hospice nurse (later paramedic) with the ability to mimic other people's powers. In the alternate future depicted in "Five Years Gone," Peter is in a relationship with Jessica.
