A Mii is a customisable avatar character found on Nintendo consoles, starting with the Wii. The wide variety of customisation options lead to owners creating whole hosts of fictional characters and real life people.
Games like Tomodatchi Life expanded on this, by allowing gamers to drop a whole load of Mii's on an island, and having them experience often strange and bizarre scenarios. This lead to shitpost level content for Mii versions of popular fandom characters.
