Melannen is a fan writer who often leads discussion posts on Dreamwidth and writes mostly Harry Potter, Les Mis, MCU, crossovers, and various fandoms.[1] Her sister stellar_dust is also a fan writer.[2]
She got into fanfiction in 2002, joined LiveJournal in 2003, and describes herself as "an inveterate polyfan and a fan of media fandom itself as much as anything."[2] She was involved in early discussions for the Dreamwidth discussion comm Linkspam and was a tagset mod for the 2014 Invisible Ficathon exchange.
