Medic/Classic Heavy, known mostly as Cold Oktoberfest or Chevymedic, is a rarepair within Team Fortress 2 fandom. The ship is between The Medic, one of the game's nine playable mercenaries and main characters, and Team Fortress Classic Heavy. TFC Heavy, while created for Team Fortress 1.5 in 1999, later received characterization and became a minor villain in the free, small-scale official TF2 comics. His first appearance in those was in 2014.

  • Crossfaction: The pairing, like canon, is almost always RED Medic/BLU Classic Heavy.
  • Abuse: very common trope, with Classic Heavy often physically abusing Medic.

  • A Wolf’s intent by SpiritScribe (2018), Medic really has joined the Classic team so that he can continue doing what he loves but is oblivious to the attention he is getting from the Classic Heavy. So the Classic is going to be more forwards with his intentions.
