This fandom never, ever fails to put a smile on my face, and I simply adore that to pieces. I can be having the crappiest day ever, and then someone will lead me to a fic where John turns into a kitten and snuggles with Rodney and suddenly everything is fabulous. I love that the possibilities in this fandom as far as fic is concerned are boundless. Being in SGA fandom means never having to say you’re sorry for writing alien-forced sex, LOL.
I love both angst and romance, and I think most of my writing combines both pretty consistently, but I also tend to gravitate toward the more hurty fics that twist you up into knots until the end when everything is finally straightened out. Call me masochistic, but I like that pain in my gut when characters push each other way and deny themselves happiness for whatever silly reasons. However, I'm a believer in the power of a happy endingbecause I'm a sap, so as long as said characters eventually realize they're being silly and snog each other senseless, I'm a happy camper!
