Magi Fan Event is a prompt based Magi fan event created in order to advertise and support the unannounced Magi season 3. Inspired by the time the Japanese hashtag for Magi season 3 trended on Twitter worldwide in early 2020, the organizers wanted to promote the hashtag more to hopefully show that people have interest in a new season. The first of these events was held in 2020 under the name "Magi Week", but was expanded to the month long "Magi Fan Event" the following year. The origin of the event came from Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic Amino community and some Magi fans on Instagram. The event has strict rules in that you must use the given prompts. The participants are encouraged to use the following tags on their entries #MagiSeason3, #マギ3期, #マギのアニメ3期を望むならマギ愛を叫べ (which translates to: "If you want Magi season 3, shout Magi love") and #マギ好きさんと繋がりたい ("I want to connect with Magi lovers").
