Mag-Lev 1 was published in 1995 and contains 116 pages.

  • Broken Wings: Returning from a diplomatic mission in China, Bridger, Hitchcock and O'Neill go missing when their plane crashes in the mountains.
  • Playing with Poison: When Lucas makes the mistake of trusting Professor Martins instead of his friends, he causes trouble for everyone.
  • Scavengers: A rescue mission for seaQuest goes badly wrong when a member of the crew turns out to be a ringer and a spy for the notorious Sea Raiders.

Issue 2

cover of issue #2

Mag-Lev 2 was published in 1995 and contains 117 pages.

  • Battlelines: While Bridger is away, a visiting admiral plays havoc with the crew when he takes seaQuest into the Livingstone Trench.
  • Ghost in the Machine: The worm programme that invades seaQuest's mainframe leads them off course into Montagnard water where an enemy submarine awaits them.
  • Zen and the Art of Survival: A scientific study of a mutant form of starfish ends in disaster when their launch sinks and Krieg, O'Neill and Lucas are stranded on a desert island.
  • A Star to Mark Their Resting Place: (When he is plagued by recurring nightmares of O'Neill's death after he and the comtech are offered temporary transfers to the Sea Star, Ortiz deliberately conceals the transfer offer from Tim and decides to go alone. O'Neill's anger and sense of betrayal turn to terror when Sea Star is attacked and sinks with all hands on board.)
  • Phantasm: (With Miguel still recovering from the effects of Sea Star's subsmash, he and Tim agree to housesit for Krieg at his new property. Soon after they arrive, however, O'Neill begins to suspect that they're not the only ones staying over. Ortiz' initial scepticism soon changes when they find themselves trapped and at the mercy of something totally beyond their experience.)
  • Fair Play: (O'Neill decides to introduce Ortiz to the sport of golfing, little realising that he isn't the only member of seaQuest's crew who dabbles in the sport...)
  • Vortex: (Lucas is bored still during seaQuest's current mapping mission. When he discovers that O'Neill is similarly at a loose end, he suggests they go diving together. Tim agrees but soon has cause to regret his decision when he and Lucas wind up trapped within an underwater cave system with their air running out.)

Issue 3

cover of issue #3

Maglev 3 was published in 1997 and contains 106 pages.

  • The Wreck of the Mermaid: (A test run on a new submarine goes drastically wrong for Bridger and his crew.)
  • Grendel: (When Phillips, Westphalen and O'Neill are marooned on underwater base they find they have more to contend with than being trapped when they discover that they are not alone.)
  • Centerfold: (A picnic on the beach sounds like a wonderful way to relax: except when Serena and a camera are involved.)
