Leonard Nimoy's Enterprise was a very, very early Star Trek: TOS fan club.
From a November 1968 ad in ST-Phile #2:
Leonard Nimoy's Enterprise - "Star Trek fanclub. Come aboard the Enterprise and bet [sic] part of the crew. You will receive photos, membership card, 2 journals, 4 newsletters, and more. Dues are $1.25 & 4 6¢ stamps. Receive The Captain's Log bimonthly and Transmissions from Star Fleet twice a year. Send all dues to: Sylvia Stanczyk, Capt. [address in Pennsylvania]
In October/November 1968, the officers were Sylvia Stanczyk (president), Susan Kotar (vice president), Beth Arganbright (secretary). In issue #2's editorial for "Captain's Log," Stanczyk mentions "her two officers" had to quit because of school work.
December 1968/January 1969, the officers were Sylvia Stanczyk (president), Sue Klett (vice president), Paul Smith (secretary), Pat Smith (treasurer).
