Archer/Proton, known mostly as LaunchShipping , ランアポ (Ranapo) and/or アポラン (Aporan), is a rare ship in the Pokémon fandom. It pairs Archer (Apollo) and Proton (Lance), both highly-ranked admins in the villainous Team Rocket in Pokémon Heart Gold and Soul Silver.

"LaunchShipping" was coined between 19 August and 17 November 2009 by an anon on the Neverending Romance guestbook, which allowed for anonymous submissions.[1] It's likely a play on their Japanese names since both refer to rocket programs, as well as 'Lance' sounding like 'launch.'
