L.A. Law is a legal drama series that was aired on NBC from 1986-1994. A made-for-television movie, L.A. Law: The Movie, was released in 2002.[1] The series is known in fandom circles as being the first American network television show to feature a lesbian kiss[2]. It was also the winner of several Viewers for Quality Television Awards for Best Supporting Male and Female Actors in a Drama Series[3].
