A "first time" in which McCoy and Spock are concerned that Kirk is having anger management problems, which turn out to be related to an unwarranted assumption made by Admiral Komak. This writer has an adept understanding of how to draw out romantic suspense--and how to write a very satisfying resolution. Very nice job! [1]
