Klingon Battle Cruiser Blueprints was a fan-created publication sold through New Eye Studio in 1975.
In February 1976, a fan said that the blueprints were supposedly going to be picked up and sold professionally through Bantam Books, echoing the creation and history of Booklet of General Plans: "Ballantine is considering publishing "Klingon Battle Cruiser Blueprints". A fan published copy can be obtained from New Eye Studio, Box 10193, Elmwood Conn 06110." [1]
In November 1976, there was an update on these plans: {{Quotation| Ballantine Books is still working on the Klingon Blueprints, now out of print fan-published. Ballantine has rejected proposals for the printing of the Enterprise Bridge Blueprints and Freighter Blueprints. [2]
