Kirk/Spock/McCoy is a threesome relationship in Star Trek (Reboot), involving James T. Kirk, Spock and Leonard McCoy.
Canon Overview
Unlike the Prime Timeline (TOS), where Kirk and Spock have been friends since the beginning of the series, with Bones also being a colleague of both treating Vulcan physiology with humor and charisma, in the alternate timeline Bones and Kirk have been friends since the academy, with Spock being an outsider entering their friendship, with almost no kind of friendly interaction at first. This changes in Star Trek Into Darkness, where it is clear that, at least Kirk, has a deep platonic connection with Spock. By Star Trek Beyond, McCoy is shown to share banter with Spock and later on save his life, thus solidifying the friendship between Spock and McCoy.
