Kieres Weyr was an official Dragonriders of Pern roleplay fanclub. Harper Beat #8 gives its official colors as red, black and gold. It had a bimonthly clubzine called Dragon Tales, a genzine published three times yearly called Dawn Star, and also a cookbook produced with Fort Weyr called How to Cater a Gather.

Janus Weyr's website lists a character in their roster whose biography mentions a mother assigned to Kieres Weyr, so there may have been some collaboration between the clubs.
