Kanan Jarrus is a main character in Star Wars Rebels.
Canon
Star Wars Rebels
Kanan appears in the very first episode of Rebels. He escaped during Order 66 and hid away on various planets. Eventually he met Hera Syndulla and they began running missions together. The Ghost Crew, named after Hera's ship Ghost, eventually came to include the Mandalorian Sabine Wren, the Lasat Garazeb Orrelios or Zeb, and Ezra Bridger, a Force-sensitive boy that Kanan takes on as his Padawan.
Before Order 66, Kanan was known as Caleb Dume.
A New Dawn
Kanan and Hera both appear in this prequel novel to the show.
The Clone Wars
Kanan/Caleb appears as a cameo in the The Clone Wars. His Jedi master was Depa Billaba.
The Rise of Skywalker
Kanan is one of several Jedi who speak to Rey through the Force.
