Jukou, also known as Judakou, is a het Magi ship between Judar and Kougyoku Ren.
Canon
Kougyoku first appeared when she showed up to save Judar after he was knocked unconscious by Ugo. Kougyoku calls him "Judar-chan". The two have known since childhood, and in their dymanic, Judar was often teasing and pulling pranks on Kougyoku. Kougyoku gained a Metal Vessel after Judar invited her to a dungeon, believing her to be strong enough to become a general, which is something she is thankful for towards Judar as well as her brother Kouen. When they were younger, Kougyoku used to go to the city with Judar.
Fandom
Jukou quickly gained popularity after Kougyoku's first appearance due to the circumstances of how that occured. Since the past and relationship of both characters were still unrevealed, people believed that they were in a relationship, or would end up in one. The mangaka released some small comics on her blog about the childhood shenanigans of the two, which is an important source of shipping fuel for Jukou shippers. Although Judar and Kougyoku don't call each other friends, they act with each other as if they were, which is another thing that boosted the ship's popularity, as both characters are quite lonely. However, as the manga progressed forward, there weren't many scenes or moments with the characters together in any fashion, which took the heat off from the ship somewhat. Eventually it became clear that the two were unlikely to be made a canon couple.
In the Japanese-speaking Magi fandom, Jukou is the most popular het ship for both characters, and it is among some of the most popular ships. However, while it is the most popular het Judar ship in the English-speaking fandom, the most popular Kougyoku ship is actually Alikou. Jukou is also quite commonly, especially in older works, known as Judakou, which is the same as the Japanese name for the ship (ジュダ紅). The ship has gained some opposition in the English-speaking fandom because headcanoning Judar as gay is very popular.
