In Japanese-speaking fandom, January 4th (01/04) is celebrated as Oioji day, and April 1st (04/01) is celebrated as Ojioi day. This comes from "Oi" (nephew) being read as 01 and "Oji" (uncle) being read as 04. The numbers 0104 and 0401 are associated with Jotajosu (Oioji) and Josujota (Ojioi) respectively. Some English-speaking fans celebrate the days as well.
