Jean/Wanda is a femslash pairing of Jean Grey (Marvel Girl/Phoenix) and Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) in the Marvel fandoms X-Men and The Avengers. While the pairing mainly appears in the comicsverse of both fandoms, it has also appeared in another adaptions such as the X-Men Movieverse/Marvel Cinematic Universe and X-Men: Evolution.

Their first interactions date back with the first X-men team (the O5) fighting against the Brotherhood of evil mutants. While there wasn't a lot of shippy material during this era, there were some moments like Jean calling Wanda "much too attractive" or the X-men offering their fellow young mutants help and a place in their team if they needed it, offer the Maximoff twins declined.

They had some respectful interactions in canon during the next decades, but it's in X-men: First Class vol. 2 when the ship finds a main focus. The ongoing serie showed both women developing a strong friendship right after Wanda and her brother Pietro, abandoned Magneto, they are showed doing normal teenager stuffs like going shopping or ice-skating, and of course saving the day (and each other) when necessary.
