Jack is a squad member and a possible love interest for a male Commander Shepard in the Mass Effect trilogy.

Canon

Jack, also known as Subject Zero, is a notorious criminal whose crimes include piracy, kidnapping, vandalism and murder. She is also a biotic, possibly one of the most powerful human biotics alive, and is considered so dangerous that she was kept in cryogenic stasis after she was caught.[1]

Fandom

Jack is sometimes referred to as Jack Nought within fanworks as players can find out that she used the pseudonym Jacqueline Nought in the past, though she is never addressed as such in game.

Shipping

Jack was introduced in Mass Effect 2 as a potential love interest for a male Shepard, however Jack/Commander Shepard is popular in both het and femslash.

Jack/Miranda Lawson is one of Jack's most popular ships, a fact that was lampshaded in the final Mass Effect 3 DLC, in which Shepard can comment on how their antagonist relationship seems like unresolved sexual tension, a theme often seen in fanworks between the two as well.
