Inigo Montoya is a character from The Princess Bride.
Canon
In both the book and movie, Inigo Montoya is a Spaniard who has spent half his life training to be an expert swordsman in order to get revenge for his father's death at the hands of a six-fingered man. While working for Vizzini "to pay the bills", he is involved in Buttercup's kidnapping, and later in the story, assists Westley in her rescue.
Inigo is close friends with Fezzik. His catchphrase is "Hello, my name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die."
