Hitoshi Doi is a Japanese fan, webmaster and baseball player. He is best known for creating the "Online Sailor Moon Encyclopedia" and the Seiyuu (voice actor) database, one of the oldest English-language anime fan sites which is still running today. The websites were established in 1994. Since the sites' establishments he has become one of Japan's leading experts on all things manga, anime, and seiyuu.
