Hermione and Andromeda never meet in the film or book canon.
Fanon
Andromione shippers often see the lack of knowledge about Andromeda in canon as an opportunity to use her as a fill in for their own ideas. They also use her as the third paring between Hermione and the Black sisters. It is also often the case that she is referred as Andromeda Black over Tonks.
Overall there is a very limited amount of fics out there that focuses solely on them.
