Grief Vids are fanvids focusing on a character death and reactions (particularily grief) from other characters. A lot of these vids are multifandom vids with a similar structure, where scenes of death, mourning and grief are accompanied by dialogue lines from various sources (not necessary the same fandom source material) to emphasize what's happening on screen or narrate the events. The dialogue often speaks of consequences of death and what happens after.
