Ghosts is a BBC sitcom created by and starring The Six Idiots. The show appears to have been their most popular project since Horrible Histories.
Canon
Alison and Mike Cooper inherit a run-down old mansion called Button House when a distant relative of Alison’s dies. A group of ghosts from different time periods who haunt this house immediately want the pair gone and try various ways to get them out. Alison gains the ability to see them after one pushes her out a window and she suffers a serious head injury. The ghosts accept that the Coopers aren’t leaving and agree to be civil, eventually developing more of a found family dynamic. A lot of episodes are about Alison and Mike trying to find ways to make money to fix up the house, most of which do not work as intended.
