The Fraser Torture Archive was a due South fanfiction archive focusing on angst stories about Benton Fraser.
"Welcome to the Fraser Torture Archive! The due South stories you'll find here all center around two central themes -- Fraser and angst. There is (in my opinion) nothing more satisfying than pitting a beloved character against unspeakable odds and then watching him pull through (or not, as the case may be). And no-one suffers as beautifully as Benton Fraser. <g>
Be aware that some of these stories may contain themes of an adult nature, so please read responsibly and heed the warnings. Otherwise, feel free to explore at will. Pull up a chair and enjoy, and do keep in mind that here in the Fraser Torture Archive we only hurt the ones we love ... "[1]
It is being documented here as part of the OTW's GeoCities Rescue Project.
As of January 2010, the archivist plans to put the Archive back online in the "very near future"[2]
Archive
The archive contained 111 stories by various authors and included slash (both Rays), het and gen. Many of the stories were deathfic and/or rapefic.
Webrings
The archive was a member of the following webrings: Innuvik Pride, FanFic Archives, The Tuktoyaktuk Travelling Library, The Fan Artist Webring, Due South/Arctic Circle.
Gallery
The art gallery contained photomanips—mostly 'covers' for stories on the archive—by Ashinae, Janice R. Sager, Shar and YeungMaiSu.
