Fortunae Plango Vulnera is a popular series of Mad Max: Fury Road fanfics that explore the world and characters of the film, with a focus on Furiosa and the War Boy culture. Other important characters in the stories include Ace, Nux, Slit, and original War Boys. Although as of June 2018 it's unfinished, it's still one of the longest pieces in the Mad Max tag on AO3. In 2018, it was nominated a number of times in the Mad Max Fanfic Awards and won in three categories.
A series of independent but interconnected stories set in the world of Mad Max: Fury Road. Intersections of experiences over the years, friendship and love, coming of age in the Citadel, coping with loss, and survival.[1]
