Felicity/Helena is the pairing of Felicity Smoak and Helena Bertinelli from the TV show Arrow.
Canon
Helena and Felicity meet after Helena returns in Season 1 to get Oliver Queen to help her find her father, only to learn that Felicity Smoak could help her instead.[1] She kidnaps Felicity and gets her to find her father. Although frightening and tying Felicity up, Helena doesn't actually hurt Felicity.
Fandom
Helena/Felicity is an extremely rare pairing in the Arrow fandom. The pairing mainly appears as fanfiction on Archive of Our Own[2] with most of them also prominently a Oliver/Felicity or Sara/Felicity fic. Although Helena and Felicity often appear together in gifs/picspams on Tumblr with other Arrow's other female characters in order to appreciate or showcase them.
A pairing name has yet to be assigned to the ship.
