Consequences for Deceptive Behavior?

Is there a clear set of consequences for engaging in deceptive practices here. The Managing Conflict page is more about conflict between two people than problems created by spammers, trolls, etc. If there is a policy page, a link here would be helpful. If not, then I'm requesting the committee create one, because I worry that bad things will happen sooner rather than later. --Msilverstar 08:02, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
