Art Websites

Should this project's scope include websites dedicated primarily to hosting art? Fanlore currently has an article on DeviantArt. What about Artstation, Behance, and Flickr? Artstation and Behance have a lot of fanart but mostly serve as online portfolios and networking services for profesionnal artists. Flickr is mostly a photo-sharing site but features plenty of cosplay pics and a few scattered pieces of traditional fanart. What about defunct sites like Elfwood?
