Hey, Night Rain! I just wanted to say thanks for all your great work on the J.K. Rowling and Transphobia page - you've added so much detail and I really appreciate all the work you've put into it ^^ Thank you for the edits! --enchantedsleeper (talk) 14:19, 30 June 2020 (UTC)

I'm adding my appreciation as well! Excellent work. --MPH (talk) 19:24, 30 June 2020 (UTC)
Thanks! It's been heart-breaking work, as a long-time Potter fan, but I feel it's necessary to document. Night Rain (talk) 20:17, 30 June 2020 (UTC)

Happy (belated) Canada Day! The fandom is forming as we speak, so I hope you'll keep an eye on the page as it grows! :D WoollyLambda (talk) 13:21, 2 July 2020 (UTC)

CC Images

Hi Night Rain, thank you for adding all the ASOIAF/GOt art. I just had a question, how do you find all the creative commons art on deviantart? I have used this website, but I'm lucky if I find a couple of pieces that way, but you seem to be finding all these great pieces. Is there another search method I should be using?

To find art on DeviantArt, I do a Google search that specifies the domain with "," and also includes "creative commons" in quotes to find pages featuring that exact phrase (along with whatever characters I'm looking for, out of quotes). Most art on Behance was posted under a Creative Commons license before this year. You can check by looking at the bottom of an art page. Hope this helps! Night Rain (talk) 09:41, 8 July 2020 (UTC)

Limiting examples

I just thought I might politely suggest that instead of adding 8 pictures of Daenerys by the same artist, you could perhaps pick 1 or 2 favorites per artist per page and just use those. The art is supposed to be be a representative sample of the fanart out there, right? This isn't a call-out or anything, just a suggestion. --Azdaema (talk) 04:14, 11 August 2020 (UTC)

Hi! I added the Inna-Vjuzhanina pieces to the Daenerys article because they're all CC-licensed (and quite stunning, IMHO) and I couldn't think of a more appropriate place to put them. At the time there was no page for the artist and I didn't have the time to create one. So feel free to move the pieces to a dedicated artist page if you wish. Or perhaps I'll get around to doing this myself. Night Rain (talk) 18:24, 15 June 2021 (UTC)
