Stub September is a month-long challenge whose aim is to improve the 1900+ pages on Fanlore that are identified as stubs. There are also two other types of articles to focus on this month, pages that need expansion and examples wanted. Like last year, we will be posting weekly themes at the Fanlore Dreamwidth account to help provide some inspiration.
To celebrate Stub September and also provide an opportunity for new editors to ask questions, we will be holding an editing party on Saturday, September 12th at 17:00 UTC in the Fanlore chat room. We hope to see you there!
July 3, 2015
Fanlore will experience a brief period of downtime this Sunday, July 5th at 6:45am UTC for some server maintenance and firewall upgrades. The site will be offline for approximately one hour.

Are you ready for a new month long challenge?
The Wiki Committee is thrilled to announce the first ever June Bloom challenge, where it's all about creating new pages and watching them grow! You can find all the details at our DW community.
For those in need of some inspiration, we will be posting weekly themes, so keep an eye on our community and Twitter account.
If you don't like editing on your own, the editing party will take place June 13th. (We plan on starting at 4pm UTC, but who knows how long the party will last?) For those who can't make it, there will be a staffer ready to help you every weekend in June. Simply stop by the Fanlore chatroom. If you find the Fanlore room empty, leave your your question (along with your Fanlore username) and we will get in touch with you on your Talk page. Plus you can always send an email to the Fanlore Gardeners.
Have fun and go wild!
