Fanfiction Archives was a curated website with Star Wars and Star Trek fanfiction. The site was a member of the Fanfiction Universe Webring. Between 2000 and 2003 it changed its name to Sci-Fi Fanfiction Archives.

Darkring
Twenty-five years after ROTJ. Leia goes to the Hapes cluster and runs into a deadly terrorist. Lando starts a new mining industry and finds he's got his hands dirty in something much bigger. Luke and Han visit a prospective member of the New Republic and run into plenty 'o trouble. The twins bite off more than they can chew when they try to take the Empire on single handedly. Wedge is the commander of the New Republic fleet that finds itself on the wrong end of the Empire's turbo lasers. An almost forgotten enemy comes back for round two. A new super-weapon that makes the Death Star look like a peashooter. And Anakin fights with the ultimate question of the Force.
Return of the Empire
This story takes place about a month after the Dark Ring. Leia is still the president of the Republic though she faces extreme opposition from every side. Luke and Mara team up to check out Imperial activity in a distant system. Jacen and Jaina chase down a suspected Imperial agent who may have tampered with valuable financial records. Han and Lando try desperately to save the Republic from financial ruin. Anakin and Wedge race against time to save a system of planets from certain doom at the hands of an asteroid field. Snotzenexer and Sanson try their best to thwart our heroes, while at the same time, make a move to gain absolute power in the galaxy.
Quiet Before the Storm
A couple days after the end of 'The Return of the Empire', Mara and friends desperately try to strike back against Snotzenexer who has placed himself in a position of extreme power. Each day the new President of the Republic increases his holdings and expands his realm of influence. Our heroes have to not only rescue the remaining members of their party from an assortment of fates, but also need to devise a plan to stop Snotzenexer before he missuses his power.
Mornoc
The chances of someone having Force sensitivity without any hereditary links to another Force sensitive person are about one in a billion. That's the random force of nature at work. The chances for a non-human gaining Force potential by chance is probably closer to one in a trillion. The chances of a non-sentient being gaining Force potential is probably one in infinity. But there is that small chance. With the infinite number of species in the universe that one animal would probably be something like a small insect, that only has a life span of a few weeks. But what if it wasn't an insect. What if it was something bigger…
Diamonds are Forever
When Jacen is sent on a preemptive scouting trip of a planet that is seeking membership into the New Republic, he quite unexpectedly bumps into the woman of his dreams. However, when he tries to get to know her better, he finds out that a ruthless band of ruffians has a keen interest in her as well. In order to save her he must not only pull her out of their clutches, but save himself from the same fate.
The Game
This story comes a few weeks after then end of "Diamonds are Forever." Jacen is on his way to meet with his sister, when a botched pirate attack strands him and five others on an uninhabited planet. Jacen must hold the volatile group together against internal and external conflict while simultaneously fighting with his own emotional state. Jacen endures unimaginable anguish, culminating in a final confrontation with his greatest enemy - himself.

The Freedom Adventures
The adventures of Captain Mykel Garreth and the crew of his Nebulon-B Class Frigate 'Freedom'. The first story in the trilogy begins in the year leading up to Star Wars, Part IV: A New Hope. The second episode is set in-between A New Hope and Empire Strikes Back, with the final episode beginning with the Battle of Hoth and ending at Endor. These stories use both original characters and those from the films and books. Mara Jade is present, as are cameos by Lando Calrissian, Vader, Xizor and a host of others including Luke, Han, and Leia. Comments to the author are appreciated at the e-mail address above.

One of the first pieces of Fanfiction I ever read and still one of the best, plus one of the longest. It's a foray into the Dark Side of the Force when somebody from Luke's past reappears causing problems not just for the Jedi Master but everyone associated with him.
