failboatsinlove is a Brendon/Spencer LiveJournal community for posting fic, art, graphics, recs, photos, news, etc. related to the ship.
Rules:
- This is a community for Spencer/Brendon stuff! So that means that if you post a Brendon/Ryan fic or something not related to Spencer/Brendon, it will be deleted.
- Please post large pictures, graphics and fics behind lj-cuts.
- If you're posting fic, you must follow the guidelines.
- No bashing other members!
- No bashing of their girlfriends!
- Please refrain from making posts about your day/school or personal stuff. That's what your livejournal is for.
- Fics don't have to be beta-ed, but it's strongly encouraged. If you're looking for a beta, please check our beta list[1]

History
Although the comm was created on March 1, 2009, the first post was on April 15.[2] The comm was most active in 2009-2010, when the mods also ran several prompt challenges and holiday fests.
As of 2021, the last post visible was in 2012.
