Eternal Loser is a VCR-era Star Trek fan vid by Fran P. It is set to the filk song by Leslie Fish that appeared on her album Solar Sailors.
"My own favorite was put together by Fran P., and I have a new version, professionally edited (her husband was a film editor at a TV station here, and she learned how to use that equipment) -- it's set to the Leslie Fish's "Eternal Loser", and shows Kirk and the four loves mentioned on the song (Edith, Miramanee, Ruth, and Rayne Kopec). A guaranteed hankee wringer."[1]
