Eggman's Announcement is a meme and copypasta from SnapCube's Real-Time Fandub, in the episode "Sonic Adventure 2 (Dark Story + Final Story)". It consists of a clip in which the show's cast member PaperBoxHouse improvises an angry rant in-character as Dr. Eggman against Shadow the Hedgehog, culminating in him "pissing on the moon" (a euphemism for shooting the Moon with his large laser).
The clip has been incorporated into a variety of parodies and fanworks, such as edits of the transcript, memes, fanart, and more. Screenshots of the cutscene in question (even without mentioning the quote itself, letting the receiver fill in the joke) are frequently used to imply the fandubbed euphemism as a punchline, rather than the video game's original intent.
On Tumblr, the popularity of Eggman's Announcement may have been superseded by an image macro of the reaction Eggman has when overhearing an outlandish conversation between Shadow and Rouge the Bat — "what the fuck are you talking about" — shortly before learning the news that would lead up to the famous announcement.[1][2]

And guess what, here’s what my dong looks like: PFFFFFFFFGJT. That’s right baby. All points, no quills, no pillows, look at that it looks like two balls and a bong. He fucked my wife so guess what, I’m gonna fuck the earth. That's right this is what you get, my super laser piss. Except I’m not gonna piss on the earth, I’m gonna go higher. History
On 29 March 2019, YouTuber Penny Parker and her friends sat down to record a improvised fandub of the video game Sonic Adventure 2, as a pilot for the brand new show Real-Time Fandub Games (later renamed SnapCube's Real-Time Fandub), a spin-off of the series Real-Time Fandub.[3] One of the voice actors invited for the dub was her friend Alfred (also known online as "PaperBoxHouse") in the role of the villain Dr. Eggman. Since the video game has multiple storylines, the Hero and Dark storylines had different versions of the same scene, in which Doctor Eggman addresses the world through every screen on Earth to establish his threatening power. On the second take for the Dark storyline, the fandub went in the direction of depicting Eggman as someone who has had troubles with his wife, and would later find out that she had cheated on him with Shadow the Hedgehog (played by Ryan), who would smugly admit it to him. This was the catalyst which pushed Eggman over his last nerve and led to him calling out Shadow in the second take of the same scene. What followed was an semi-comprehensible rant via a Twitter livestream broadcast across the Earth, in which he tries to establish his dominance by showing off a spaceship shaped like his genitals (the Space Colony ARK), and later shooting the Moon with laser urine from the genital spaceship in front of billions of people, cursing out former US President Barack Obama in the process.
The rant took the cast by surprise and left them laughing very hard to the point of needing to pause the recording so they couldn't lose the moment.
