Eggman's Announcement is a meme and copypasta from SnapCube's Real-Time Fandub, in the episode "Sonic Adventure 2 (Dark Story + Final Story)". It consists of a clip in which cast member Alfred Coleman improvises an angry rant in-character as Eggman against Shadow the Hedgehog, culminating in him "pissing on the moon" (a euphemism for shooting the Moon with his large laser). The clip has been incorporated into a variety of parodies and fanworks, such as edits of the transcript, memes, fanart, and more.

I’ve come to make an announcement: Shadow the Hedgehog’s a bitch-ass motherfucker. He pissed on my fucking wife. That’s right, he took his hedgehog fucking quilly dick out and he pissed on my fucking wife, and he said his dick was this big. And I said “that’s disgusting!” So I’m making a callout post on my Twitter dot com: "Shadow the Hedgehog, you got a small dick, it’s the size of this walnut except way smaller." And guess what, here’s what my dong looks like: PFFFFFFFFGJT. That’s right baby. All point, no quills, no pillows, look at that it looks like two balls and a bong. He fucked my wife so guess what, I’m gonna fuck the earth. That's right this is what you get, my super laser piss. Except I’m not gonna piss on the earth, I’m gonna go higher. I’m pissing on the moon! How do you like that, Obama? I pissed on the moon, you idiot! You have twenty-three hours before the piss droplets hit the fucking earth, now get out of my fucking sight before I piss on you too!
History
On March 29, 2019, YouTuber Penny Parker and her friends sat down to record a improvised fandub of the video game Sonic Adventure 2, as a pilot for the brand new show Real-Time Fandub Games (later renamed SnapCube's Real-Time Fandub), a spin-off of the series Real-Time Fandub.[1] One of the voice actors invited for the dub was her friend Alfred Coleman (also known online as "PaperBoxHouse") in the role of the villain Doctor Eggman. Since the video game has multiple storylines, the Hero and Dark storylines had different versions of the same scene, in which Doctor Eggman addresses the world through every screen on Earth to establish his threatening power. On the second take for the Dark storyline, the fandub went in the direction of depicting Eggman as someone who has had troubles with his wife, and would later find out that she had cheated on him with Shadow the Hedgehog (played by Ryan Mitchum), who would smugly admit it to him. This was the catalyst which pushed Eggman over his last nerve and led to him calling out Shadow in the second take of the same scene. What followed was an semi-comprehensible rant via a Twitter livestream broadcast across the Earth, in which he tries to establish his dominance by showing off a spaceship shaped like his genitals (the Space Colony ARK), and later shooting the Moon with laser urine from the genital spaceship in front of billions of people, cursing out former US President Barack Obama in the process.
The rant took the cast by surprise and left them laughing very hard to the point of needing to pause the recording so they couldn't lose the moment.

On 18 July 2019, one year after the original video, SnapCube provided the original, isolated vocals of Eggman's Announcement for use in memes.[2]
