Summary

Amanda steals an old goblet as a present for Duncan. The theft sets in motion a chain of events that rekindles dangerous, old memories for Methos, and awakens another ancient enemy.[1]

The Editorial

Greetings and welcome to the first novel published by BETH'S PRESS, a fannish endeavor from Jackie Beeman and Pat Diggs. The novel "Dreams, Visions, Signs, and Portents" by Tessa Rae, is set in the Highlander universe and is slash in nature, with Duncan MacLeod and Methos (a.k.a Adam Pierson) as the "pairing".

At this time I would like to welcome Tessa Rae back to the world of zine publishing, after a five year absence, although she has been involved with contributing to Highlander sites on the Internet for a little under a year. You can check out her Highlander epic "What If" at http://netcafe.simplenet.com/fiction/slash/whatif.htm

I would also like to thank Gail Butler for the use of an absolutely, incredible piece of art for the cover of this zine. Gail has caught the essence of Methos (Peter Wingfield) and I feel very fortunate that she agreed to let us use the piece. Thanks, also go out to Jo Seaver, the owner of the portrait, who was nice enough to let me take the original picture to get it scanned. Not an easy feat, as the piece itself is over 14"x20" without the matting.

For those of you who read this zine, the Gallanish archeological site, does exist, and you can find more information on the web at http://www.grouse.com/gcotlandthebest/history/places/prehistoric.html Feedback is encouraged, and CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM is very welcome. So let us know what you think. ENJOY!III!
