Outlanders (aka Outsiders) are lions living in the Outlands in the universe of The Lion King. In Fanon, the term Outlander gets used more liberally, and is often used to describe certain features more common in Outlander lions, such as an outlander nose, regardless as to whether the character in question is a member of Zira's Outlander Pride.

Dotty
Dotty is named after a series of dots under her right eye. Popular fanon includes that Spotty is her sister, and Nuka is her mate. Often, fans will headcanon her as being pregnant during the battle of the Outlanders and the Pridelanders, and that she later gives birth to the late Nuka's offspring. Sons specifically are more common.
Spotty
Spotty is also named after a series of dots under her eye, this time the left, though the Blu-ray release of 'Simba's Pride' shows that the 'dots' are actually connected as a wavy line intead. Despite this reveal, fans will still draw her with dots.
