Disinformation One was a gen fanzine produced by Blue Jay Press in 1984. In fact it is specifically dated '8406.25' inside.
It is 106 pages long and contains Part One of an ambitious story entitled Gods of the Copybook Headings written by Sue aka The Android and featuring characters from The Sandbaggers as well as one minor character from The Professionals and one from Spearhead. Due to circumstances beyond the author's control the second part of the story was never written and there is therefore no second edition of the zine.
A photocopy of Gods of the Copybook Headings together with the same author's Cities and Thrones and Powers, which appears in Enigma 5, is held in the collection MsC 877 of the University of Iowa Library and has incorrectly been described as an 'anthology zine'. After the author contacted the University of Iowa it turned out that these were two separate photocopies of Sue's stories which had been kept together and erroneously catalogued as a zine. Information about these copies can be found on this page's Discussion section.
