Dies Gaudii hosted articles by the webmaster on subjects like correct romanization of Japanese names, the mythological roots of the Sailor Moon series, and the etymology of names within the series.
It was active and operating between 2000 and 2005, from 2007 onwards, the status "On hiatus! Be back soon!" appeared followed by a rag doll characterized by Usagi Tsukino in Sailor clothes costume. In mid 2008 and 2010 the website URL was changed and the copy of this new file was deleted from the Wayback Machine.
