Reactions and Reviews

This is a long and lovely poem, I enjoyed Ciana's message about the possibility of true peace between sworn enemies; The first step is always to see the other side not as an attacking "horde," but as a collection of individuals, some of whom may just have something in common with you. At one point the word "laying" was used for "lying," but that small error doesn't diminish the overall effect of Ciana's beautiful language and imagery. [1]

A wonderful, rich, long poem (four columns). Impressive that it's a rhyming poem, too, which isn't easy to do. It's a fantasy tale of the days of yore, in first person young human warrior. A beautiful story, just like the tale being sung around many a campfire of the warriors of enemy camps finding love and bringing peace between Vulcans and humans. Some exquisite lines; and full of energy. Of course I felt like crying when I saw it, wondering when Chris had written it. [2]
