Scott/Warren is a slash pairing of Scott Summers (Cyclops) and Warren Worthington III (Angel/Archangel) in the X-Men fandoms.
Canon
The two have a frenemy relationship since they've met and joined the Professor X's X-Men team and are teammates, the animosity mainly stems from both liking Jean Grey (Jean eventually picked Scott). They've become teammates again and again, namely X-Factor where the Original Five X-Men team up after Jean's resurrection.
Fandom
Although the pairing is a rare pairing in the X-Men fandom, even in the slash part, it has continued to appear in various X-Men slash archives and communities.
In 2006, a new comic book series, X-Men: First Class, reintroduced Scott and Warren along with the other Original Five X-Men as young teammates - this allowed more scenes between the two to appear. X-Men: The Last Stand - the third movie of the X-Men Movieverse - featured the first live-action appearance of Warren, though the pair did not share any scenes together (this is due to the early demise of Scott in the film).
A slight jump of interest in Scott/Warren appeared with the new X-Men: Apocalypse movie, where younger versions of Scott and Warren make their appearances (Retconning Warren's appearance in X3, where Warren would be younger than Scott with no previous ties to X-Men).
The pairing might appear alongside Scott/Logan or Scott/Jean, either as a precursor to those pairings or derivative of them.
