An ebay seller in 2008 called it Man from U.N.C.L.E., but this may be incorrect.
It is likely that this novel became the pro novel, Crimes Against Humanity, in Matthews' "Jurisdiction" universe.
It is possible the front cover is by Pam Kowalski.
